Jake is going into his senior year at Exeter High School and was looking to capture a great senior portrait as well as his love of football. His sister mentioned he ended up looking like an an
Abercrombie ad and I totally agree!
Have an awesome Senior year Jake!

Devyn is graduating from Exeter High School next year and so her Senior Pictures are all done! She chose the beach and her LAX stick for some of her images. We wanted to represent her passion and focus over her last year of High School. Of course the prom dress with a vanity fair style is a must for anyone that loves their dress! Thanks for a fun shoot Devyn!

Hannah and her family chose New Castle Commons as the spot to update their family portraits as well as do Hannah’s Senior Portraits at the same time! The sun dipped behind a cloud just long enough for us to get this great soft blue sky in their family shot. I love that Hannah used her prom dress to get some amazing images in so she can always remember that dress the way she saw it, not the usual phone camera version day of prom. What a wonderful collection they went home with.

This is the first post of a new passion project I am starting. I will be posting here on the blog as well as in a gallery on my website with my other work. The project is called &become.

&become is a celebration of change makers that are following their true heart calling and putting themselves out into the world, sharing their vision and daring to do it publicly and EVEN daring to create a source of income around that vision. This is an incredible journey that requires much self awareness and courage and I believe needs to be celebrated and highlighted to inspire others to do the same.
The people that are part of this group are people with an idea of a new better way for our world.  These people are inspired and will be inspirations to others. A portrait is taken of these individuals and their story, written by them, shared for all. The purpose is to celebrate those who are acting on a vision and to inspire those that are dreaming to take a step. I have been inspired by the definition of an artist and art by Seth Godin “An artists is someone who uses bravery, insight, creativity, and boldness to challenge the status quo. And an artists takes it personally. Art is a personal act of courage, something one human does that creates change in another.” This definition followed me to an event at Block Six in Portsmouth, NH called “Bring your Bad Ass” hosted by Wild Adventurous Life. The night was filled with entrepreneur’s starting businesses based on a greater vision for people and our planet. I wanted to meet and talk to them all! This project is a place for me to connect to amazing people in my own way, bring them to others and create a new place for them to connect.
My purpose as a portrait photographer is to connect with that part of people that makes them beautiful and unique, show them someone they may not have seen before but knew was there. I hope you enjoy these stories and possibly connect with one and let it inspire you, and become…
This is Rachel Leah’s Story written by her as will be in all future posts for &become. Please subscribe to the blog for future stories.
Since childhood I intuitively knew that it was my job to help the
ghosts I was seeing cross the veil from the physical Earth world to
the worlds beyond. That understanding became a driving force in my life.
I began doing Soul Retrievals and giving talks, people found me. Today
I continue to assist those in transition whether facing barriers in
their life or at the time of departure from it. I support family
members in understanding what their loved one is going through in
their process. To help eliminate the fear of physical death and
educate people I wrote the book “SAFNAH ~ The Conscious Movement From
the Physical Body to the Life Beyond.”
All of my work can be accomplished in person or from a distance
because in my world time and space are illusions.

I love being able to photograph at Maudslay park in the spring! I was lucky enough that this family thought it was the perfect place for their shoot! The warm sun tones mixed with the pink flowers made the perfect background! I’m so happy they will have these images to pass down over generations.
