Olivia, I’m so excited to say, brought her prom dress along to the shoot! We created her year book photo and some fun ones then put the dress on for the final moments we had left of sun, well really the light. I’m so happy they got one of the dress ones to put up on the wall and keep for generations to see and Olivia to look back on.

Zoe loved the look of a editorial style shoot and specifically Ralph Lauren ads. Of course I was excited because I just LOVE shooting that way! We showed up on location to winds and waves much to busy and fierce for her hair…or anyones! The reschedule was perfect and so was her shoot! We shot into the sunset and the rest was history. 🙂 I know silly! Its true though as her images will be printed for generations to enjoy.

In case anyone is following my posts you may see a pattern developing….the dress shots…I LOVE doing them! Meg chose Prescott Park in Portsmouth for her senior portraits and humored me with using her prom dress. I love her defined hair cut with the structure and simplicity of the dress. I’m finding the dress shots are quickly becoming everyones favorite images when they see them finished. I love doing something different or special at the end of each senior session. The dress started as that shot for those who didn’t want to use their sport they were passionate about. Now some are doing both! I loved your shoot Meg and thank you for bringing the dress!

Summer had the most amazing prom dress to wear at the end of her session. The dresses are usually my favorite part of the shoot! We had a great time (her mom and I) getting Summer to laugh and getting some whimsy in her portraits. Such a fun shoot thank you Summer!

I love that Brynna chose a wall portrait that matched the lighting of her brothers portrait I did a couple years ago! It was not intentional during the session but turned out to be a beautiful coincidence. I love that she is so sentimental with her siblings and expressed how fast this year is going and she can’t believe her little sisters turn will be next summer. I hope you go south for college like you want to but also come back for your sisters session next year!
